Reservations all require one full week of payment up front. Any reservations longer than a week will pay the difference on arrival. If you must cancel you will receive a refund for all but the first night of your booking. Cancellations with more than a week of notice will be refunded all but the first night. Any payment for a night within 7 days of cancellation will be forfeit. (Eg. If a cancellation is made on a Friday, dates after and including the next Friday can be refunded)

For reservations of a month or more, the non-refundable amount increases to $200/month.

$10 nightly surcharge for all long weekends and holidays.

Early departures will be charged the full cost of the initial booked reservation.

Extensions made after arrival will be considered independently regarding weekly or monthly rates.
