Reservation Policies

• Reservations of one week or less must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any reservations longer than a week require a minimum payment of one week at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at check in. Cancellations with more than a week of notice will be refunded everything but the first night. To receive any refund at least 7 days notice must be given. Any payment for a night with less than 7 days notice will be forfeit. (Eg. If a cancellation is made on a Friday, dates after and including the next Friday can be refunded)

• *The first night of any stay is non-refundable upon making the deposit. There are no exceptions to this.*

• For reservations of a month or more, the non-refundable amount increases to $200/month.

• $10 nightly surcharge for all long weekends and holidays.

• Early departures will be charged the full cost of the initial booked reservation.

• Extensions made after arrival will be considered independently regarding weekly or monthly rates.

• Check in is between 2-6pm. Check out is 11. If you need an early or late check in please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

• Only one unit per site.
