RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservations of one week or less must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any reservations longer than a week require a minimum payment of one week at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at check in. Cancellations with more than a week of notice will be refunded everything but the first night. To receive any refund at least 7 days notice must be given. Any payment for a night with less than 7 days notice will be forfeit. (Eg. If a cancellation is made on a Friday, dates after and including the next Friday can be refunded).
For reservations of a month or more, the non-refundable amount increases to $200/month.
$10 nightly surcharge for all long weekends and holidays.
Early departures will be charged the full cost of the initial booked reservation.
Extensions made after arrival will be considered independently regarding weekly or monthly rates.
Check in is between 2-6pm. Check out is 11. If you need an early or late check in please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Only one unit per site.
